Two sets oil stabilization trayed column are provided for Azar oil field development project (CPF). The columns and integrated reboilers are designed in full process & mechanical aspects by KMC & its joint European company. Main material of the columns are solid incoloy 825 that is suitable for sour H2S services. The column diameter & height is 2 m & 30 m respectively that is fabricated in KMC individual shop for large equipment.

KMC shell & tube heat exchangers are using as intercooler & after cooler for air compressor packages supplied by SIEMENS company. All tube (water) side material of the exchangers are made in admiralty & naval brass material due to high corrosive & chlorine cooling water service.
This gas filter vessels are provided in this project for Bid Boland II gas treating company. Design pressure of the filter vessels are in range of 26 to 103 barg that need to some special design, fabrication & test methods for high pressure services. All required filter elements are designed & supplied by KMC joint companies.
These exchangers are used to condensing refrigerant fluid in medium pressure. All electromotor are equipped to VFD (variable frequency drive) to enhance more effective power consumption.

Fluidisation is a technology in which a bed of solid particles is transformed into a fluid-like state through suspension in a fluid, usually a gas. The solid particles rest on a porous air distributor plate inside a containment vessel. The distributor plate allows the gas to pass into the bed from a plenum chamber below. It may be made from a sintered porous material but more usually a solid plate with a number of small holes or air nozzles is used.
The project’s aim is to increase the gas pressure of 56″ Shiraz-Isfahan country 4th pipeline. The contract comprises construction of four compressor stations number 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Arsanjan, Safa Shahr, Abadeh and Shahreza towns, respectively.
